Ok, previously, I had talked about going this Friday and meeting you guys around 5:30/6:00 by the entrance...could you still
make it if it was this Saturday instead??? Let me know because I think that might be easier for people to get rides and stuff.
It would be at the same time, same place, just Saturday instead of Friday. If you're planning on coming, let me know so I'll
know who to look/wait for...Also, let me know if getting a ride is the only reason you can't come and we'll see if we can
arrange something for you :)

FROM THE TURNPIKE
COMING FROM THE NORTH
Lantana Road is between the Lake Worth and Boynton Beach exits. If you are coming from
the North, exit at the Lake Worth exit; drive east 3.8 miles to Jog Road. Turn south on Jog,
and proceed to Lantana Road, you turn east on Lantana and proceed 1.3 miles to 5111.
The clubhouse is on your left across the street from an open area.
COMING FROM THE SOUTH
Lantana Road is between the Lake Worth and Boynton Beach exits. If you are coming from
the South, exit at the Boynton Beach exit; drive east 1.6 miles to Jog Road. Turn north on Jog,
and proceed 6.1 miles to Lantana Road, you turn east and proceed 1.3 miles to 5111.
The clubhouse is on your left across the street from an open area.
FROM I-95
Exit I-95 at Lantana Road. Proceed west 3.5 miles to 5111. The clubhouse will be on your right
side across the street from an open area. The address is between Military Trail and Jog Road.

Are normal clothes good enough or would you like to see me fully decked out in my German girl digs??? I'm taking a vote and
if anyone says they'd like to see me all Oktoberfesty, then Oktoberfesty it is :) :) :)

Hallo! So as promised, I'm scheduling a get together
at the Oktoberfest in Lantana...yay! This is one that everyone can come to...friends, relatives, etc. because there's
no space limitations. Maybe some of you can carpool if not everyone can find a ride. The easiest
way is for us all to meet there. I'll give you a specific time and we can meet at the entrance where you get your tickets
and if anyone gets there later than the meeting time it shouldn't be too hard to find us...I will most likely be dressed up
in full German girl gear, just so you can all laugh at me (so don't forget your cameras) :) The Oktoberfest will be
running for two weekends beginning on 10/14. I'm going to be bringing my new roommate and due to his school/work schedule
and the fact that he's going to Tampa for the NIN show, the only night he can go is the first night (the 14th). That's
a Friday and it opens at 5pm and closes at 11pm. I'm gonna try to get there around 5 and have the meeting time between
6:15 and 6:30 so that your parents will be off work by then, hopefully, in case that's who your ride will be. But like
I said, if you show up a little later, I'm sure we'll find each other, not to mention the wonder of cell phones. I hope
you all can make it!! Let me know if you are planning on joining us so I will know who to look for :) Happy Happy

Hey guys! Wie geht's bei euch? My life's been
pretty cool on and off. I went on a 2 week road trip up and down the east coast all the way up to NY and CT. Then a
week after I got back from that, I was invited to go to Spain for a week for free! Granted, Spain's not exactly my European
country of choice, but I'm not gonna pass something like that up! I've been interviewing for jobs (still) and I
just got one that seems to be awesome, but we have yet to see if everything they've said is true. I'll keep you posted
on that. So I'm kind of jealous of my mom cause she's getting ready to start teaching again and I wish I was going
in with her. I was thinking about how neat it would be if I just popped in and showed up on campus just to see all you
guys and say hi. I know that that wouldn't fly, though. It would still be cool to have some kind of get together,
but if it's gonna be a movie then it's gotta be a couple people at a time because my living room won't fit everyone at once.
It would also be easier to schedule that way if it was only gonna be two or three people at a time and I certainly have no
problem watching a German movie over and over ;) Then again, October is just around the corner so that big group get
together at Oktoberfest could still happen. I hope you all had a good summer and are looking forward to going back to
school! I wish I could :( Well, enjoy your last few days and good luck this year! Don't be afraid to keep
in touch :)

Ok, so I hate to do this, but I'm going to have to postpone/cancel
our little get together :( I'm having technical difficulties among other things that keep going wrong and it is terribly
difficult to try to organize something like this entirely over the internet. I apologize for those of you that were
looking forward to it, but if you keep in touch, I might be able to do something without having to try to have everyone get
together at once. So yeah, just keep me posted and I'm sorry.

Ok guys, I've picked a day...how does next Tuesday, the
21st sound? Let me know if you'd be interested in joining us for a German movie and hopefully a German dinner.
If we want to do both, then we should start around 1 or 2 pm. The movie would be in Lake Worth and the dinner would
be further south. If you have your own car, that would be great, but I know most of you don't so let me know if transportation
is an issue and I can try to help. I can fit 3 passengers max...we'll figure something out. I hope you all
can make it!

Gruesse an Alle, erstens! Zweitens, danke fuer anmelden! Ich hoffe dass Alles fuer Euch gut geht!
Also, ich habe diese
Webseite gegrundet um ein Weg noch in Kontakt mit Euch zu bleiben. Deswegen sage ich "Meld Dich mal," weil sonst wurde ich
ueberhaupt kein Webpage angefangen!
Sag mir Bescheid, wenn Euch etwas machen wollen, wie einen deutscher Film anzugucken,
oder ein richtiges deutsches Essen haben will. Ich wurde dass gerne machen!
Im Moment weiss ich noch nicht was ich
als ein Job machen werden. Das heisst dass ich viel extra Zeit haben, etwas lustiges zu machen. Ausserdem, werde ich auch
ein Bisschen einsam sein, ohne meine 100 Studenten jeden Tag zu sehen.
